What's the minimum spend for social ads to work?
For Facebook and Instagram, you can start seeing results from £300-£500/month in ad spend on top of our management fee. LinkedIn needs more, usually £1,000+/month because clicks are more expensive. TikTok sits somewhere in the middle. We'll give you a realistic budget recommendation before you commit.
How is this different from your social media management service?
Social media management covers the full picture: strategy, content creation, organic posting, community management, and paid ads alongside. Social Ads is purely the paid campaign side. If you already handle your own content but need someone to run the paid side properly, this is the service you want.
How quickly will I see results?
You'll see traffic within hours of launching. Meaningful conversion data usually takes 1-2 weeks. The first month is mostly about testing creative and audiences to find what works. Months 2-3 is where scaling and optimisation happen and the cost per result starts coming down.
Do you handle the creative or do I need to provide ads?
We handle the lot. Copy, image design, video editing, and ad variations. If you already have photography, video footage or brand assets, we'll use those. If not, our creative team can produce what's needed.
Can you set up the Facebook Pixel and conversion tracking?
Yes. Pixel installation, conversion API setup, and proper event tracking are part of the setup process. If your tracking isn't working, your reporting isn't real, and we're not interested in running campaigns we can't measure.
What about iOS 14 privacy changes and tracking?
The iOS 14 changes broke a lot of attribution for Facebook ads back in 2021. We work around it with server-side tracking via the Conversion API, first-party data through lead forms, and proper UTM tagging to track results through to your CRM or website analytics.
Will I own my ad account?
Yes. We set up campaigns in your Meta Business Manager, your LinkedIn Campaign Manager, your TikTok Ads Manager. The accounts are yours, the data is yours, and the audiences we build are yours. If you ever move agencies, you keep everything.
