Fully Managed Websites

Fully Managed Websites.

We build your website, then look after it. Content updates, blog posts, hosting, technical support, and everything else. You don't have to touch it.

Our Expertise

The Website You Don't Have to Think About

Most of the sites we build are custom Astro builds rather than WordPress, which means there's no dashboard for you to log into. Changes go through us. That suits most business owners, who never had time to manage their own site anyway. We've been running websites on behalf of clients for over ten years, and Fully Managed Websites formalises that into a single service. You send us what needs changing, we deal with it. Hosting, content, blog posts, galleries, the lot.

Why Choose Us

Why Choose
Brink?

An Add-On to What We Built

Fully Managed is for clients whose sites we designed and built. That means no discovery phase, no audit time, no working out how your site is put together. We already know it, so changes land quickly and without the back and forth that comes with handing a site to someone new. If you have a site built elsewhere and want ongoing support, our WordPress Support & Hosting service covers that instead.

Ten Years of Doing This

We've been looking after websites for clients since Brink started. A large number of businesses we build for stay with us for ongoing management, and some of those have been with us for the best part of a decade. The service itself isn't new. We've just given it a clearer name and a published price so people know what they're getting.

One Contact for Everything Website-Related

You don't need to remember which supplier handles what. Hosting issue, new blog post, opening hours changed, broken link, new team member added to the about page. It's all the same email, same team, same response. We deal with what needs doing and let you know when it's sorted.

What's Included

Key features and benefits of our fully managed websites service.

Content Updates

Opening hours, staff changes, prices, service lists, testimonials, anything that changes as your business changes. Send us the details and we keep the site accurate.

Blog Posts & Case Studies

We can write blog posts from a brief or publish ones you've sent us. Case studies get added with full formatting, images, and internal linking. Your news section actually stays up to date.

Galleries & Images

New project photos, team shots, product images. We optimise them properly so they don't slow the site down, add alt text for accessibility and SEO, and fit them into the existing layout.

Minor Design Tweaks

Small layout changes, new sections on existing pages, button and heading updates. Anything that doesn't need a full redesign is covered as part of the service.

Hosting, Support, and Security

The Managed Hosting and Technical Support services are built into the package. Daily backups, uptime monitoring, framework and dependency updates, SSL, and security scanning all come as standard.

Monthly Analytics

A short, plain-English summary of what visitors did on your site. Which pages pulled traffic, where enquiries came from, and what we changed that month. No 40-page dashboards nobody reads.

Our Process

A proven workflow that delivers predictable results.

01

Handover at Launch

Fully Managed starts the day your site goes live. There's no separate migration or onboarding because we built the site in the first place. Hosting, monitoring, and backups are already in place.

02

You Send the Request

A blog post to publish, a new staff member, updated prices, a gallery refresh, a new section on a page. Email us the details or forward the content and we'll take it from there.

03

We Get It Done

Most changes go live the same working day. Larger pieces like new page sections or design tweaks get scoped and scheduled. You don't need to touch the site yourself.

04

Monthly Summary

Every month you get a short report covering what we've changed, how the site is performing, and any issues we spotted and fixed. No jargon, no filler, just a clear picture of what happened.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about our fully managed websites services.

Who is Fully Managed Websites for?
It's for clients whose website we've built. Fully Managed is an add-on to the build service rather than a standalone offering. If your site was built by someone else and you want ongoing support, have a look at our WordPress Support & Hosting service or Managed Web Hosting instead.
What does it cost?
Fully Managed Websites starts from £100 per month, paid on top of the one-off cost of your website build (much like hosting is). That £100 bundles in managed hosting (£25), technical support (£25), and the managed service itself (from £50). Sites with higher traffic, more complex content workflows, or bigger monthly change loads are on higher tiers. If you'd rather spread the build cost into a monthly payment as well, we offer pay-monthly websites from £250/month that roll the build into the same package.
What's included vs. what costs extra?
Included: hosting, SSL, backups, framework and dependency updates, security monitoring, content changes, blog and case study publishing, gallery updates, minor design tweaks, and a monthly summary. Not included as standard: full SEO campaigns, paid advertising, strategy calls, and larger rebuild work. Those are separate services. We'll always be upfront if a request falls outside the scope before doing any work.
Is this the same as your SEO service?
No. Fully Managed includes light-touch SEO monitoring, so we'll flag things like broken links, missing meta descriptions, or pages dropping in rankings. But active SEO work, keyword research, link building, and content strategy sit in our SEO packages, which are a step up. Fully Managed keeps the site running well. SEO packages actively grow its traffic.
What counts as 'minor design tweaks'?
New sections on existing pages, layout changes to accommodate new content, button and copy updates, small colour or spacing adjustments. If a request is closer to a redesign or a new page template, we'll scope it separately as a small project. The line is usually obvious once we look at it.
Can you write blog posts for me, or do I need to send them?
Either works. If you send us content, we format and publish it with proper headings, images, and internal links. If you'd rather we wrote the posts, we can do that from a short brief or topic list. Writing is a bit more involved than publishing, so we'll talk about volume and cadence when we set the service up.
How quickly do changes happen?
Most changes go live the same working day. Send us an update in the morning and it's usually done by the end of the afternoon. Larger pieces of work like new page sections or longer blog posts get scheduled into the week, and we'll tell you when to expect them.
Do I get strategy calls as part of it?
Not as standard. Fully Managed is about keeping the website working and up to date, not about marketing strategy. If you want regular strategy input, that fits better with our marketing or SEO packages, which include planning and review calls. We can bolt strategy calls onto Fully Managed, but most clients on this service just want the site looked after without the extra cost.
Can I pay monthly for a new website instead of paying upfront?
Yes. We offer pay-monthly websites from £250 per month, which covers both the website build and the Fully Managed service in one monthly payment. The breakdown is £150 per month towards the build and £100 per month for Fully Managed and hosting, so there's no big upfront build fee to find. It suits businesses that would rather keep cash flow steady than pay in a lump sum. Contract terms are longer to account for the build being spread over monthly payments, and we'll talk through the details before anything gets signed.
What happens if I want to leave?
The site is yours. If you ever want to move hosting elsewhere or take management in-house, we'll hand over access, files, and documentation at the end of your notice period. There's no lock-in beyond a rolling monthly term.
