Fully Managed Websites.
We build your website, then look after it. Content updates, blog posts, hosting, technical support, and everything else. You don't have to touch it.
The Website You Don't Have to Think About
Most of the sites we build are custom Astro builds rather than WordPress, which means there's no dashboard for you to log into. Changes go through us. That suits most business owners, who never had time to manage their own site anyway. We've been running websites on behalf of clients for over ten years, and Fully Managed Websites formalises that into a single service. You send us what needs changing, we deal with it. Hosting, content, blog posts, galleries, the lot.

Why Choose
Brink?
An Add-On to What We Built
Fully Managed is for clients whose sites we designed and built. That means no discovery phase, no audit time, no working out how your site is put together. We already know it, so changes land quickly and without the back and forth that comes with handing a site to someone new. If you have a site built elsewhere and want ongoing support, our WordPress Support & Hosting service covers that instead.
Ten Years of Doing This
We've been looking after websites for clients since Brink started. A large number of businesses we build for stay with us for ongoing management, and some of those have been with us for the best part of a decade. The service itself isn't new. We've just given it a clearer name and a published price so people know what they're getting.
One Contact for Everything Website-Related
You don't need to remember which supplier handles what. Hosting issue, new blog post, opening hours changed, broken link, new team member added to the about page. It's all the same email, same team, same response. We deal with what needs doing and let you know when it's sorted.
What's Included
Key features and benefits of our fully managed websites service.
Content Updates
Opening hours, staff changes, prices, service lists, testimonials, anything that changes as your business changes. Send us the details and we keep the site accurate.
Blog Posts & Case Studies
We can write blog posts from a brief or publish ones you've sent us. Case studies get added with full formatting, images, and internal linking. Your news section actually stays up to date.
Galleries & Images
New project photos, team shots, product images. We optimise them properly so they don't slow the site down, add alt text for accessibility and SEO, and fit them into the existing layout.
Minor Design Tweaks
Small layout changes, new sections on existing pages, button and heading updates. Anything that doesn't need a full redesign is covered as part of the service.
Hosting, Support, and Security
The Managed Hosting and Technical Support services are built into the package. Daily backups, uptime monitoring, framework and dependency updates, SSL, and security scanning all come as standard.
Monthly Analytics
A short, plain-English summary of what visitors did on your site. Which pages pulled traffic, where enquiries came from, and what we changed that month. No 40-page dashboards nobody reads.
Our Process
A proven workflow that delivers predictable results.
Handover at Launch
Fully Managed starts the day your site goes live. There's no separate migration or onboarding because we built the site in the first place. Hosting, monitoring, and backups are already in place.
You Send the Request
A blog post to publish, a new staff member, updated prices, a gallery refresh, a new section on a page. Email us the details or forward the content and we'll take it from there.
We Get It Done
Most changes go live the same working day. Larger pieces like new page sections or design tweaks get scoped and scheduled. You don't need to touch the site yourself.
Monthly Summary
Every month you get a short report covering what we've changed, how the site is performing, and any issues we spotted and fixed. No jargon, no filler, just a clear picture of what happened.
Fully Managed Websites in Lincolnshire
Fully Managed Websites is the service most of our clients end up on after their build. We designed and built the site, we know every corner of how it works, and we take care of it from launch onwards. That covers the technical side such as hosting, backups, security, and updates, and the content side such as blog posts, case studies, galleries, and the hundred small things that need changing over the lifetime of a website.
Why We Formalised It
For the first ten years of Brink, managing client websites was something we did without a price list attached. A client would email, we’d sort it, invoice monthly, move on. That worked, but it meant new clients had no clear idea what was on offer or what it cost.
Fully Managed Websites puts a name and a price on what we’ve been doing all along. The service itself is the same. The package is just clearer.
Two Ways to Pay
Most clients pay for their website build as a one-off project cost and then add Fully Managed on top from £100 per month. That’s how hosting and support have always worked at Brink, and it’s still the most common route.
For businesses that would rather keep cash flow steady, we also offer pay-monthly websites from £250 per month. That covers both the build and the Fully Managed service in one payment, so there’s no upfront build fee to find. It’s a longer commitment to account for the build being spread into monthly instalments, but it’s a cleaner option for a lot of newer businesses.
Either way, the service you get after launch is the same.
Who It’s Not For
This service only covers sites we built. If your website was put together by another agency, a freelancer, or yourself, we can still help with ongoing hosting and technical support. Have a look at our WordPress Support & Hosting or Managed Web Hosting pages, which are both built for externally-built sites.
