## Fully Managed Websites in Lincolnshire

Fully Managed Websites is the service most of our clients end up on after their build. We designed and built the site, we know every corner of how it works, and we take care of it from launch onwards. That covers the technical side such as hosting, backups, security, and updates, and the content side such as blog posts, case studies, galleries, and the hundred small things that need changing over the lifetime of a website.

### Why We Formalised It

For the first ten years of Brink, managing client websites was something we did without a price list attached. A client would email, we'd sort it, invoice monthly, move on. That worked, but it meant new clients had no clear idea what was on offer or what it cost.

Fully Managed Websites puts a name and a price on what we've been doing all along. The service itself is the same. The package is just clearer.

### Two Ways to Pay

Most clients pay for their website build as a one-off project cost and then add Fully Managed on top from £100 per month. That's how hosting and support have always worked at Brink, and it's still the most common route.

For businesses that would rather keep cash flow steady, we also offer pay-monthly websites from £250 per month. That covers both the build and the Fully Managed service in one payment, so there's no upfront build fee to find. It's a longer commitment to account for the build being spread into monthly instalments, but it's a cleaner option for a lot of newer businesses.

Either way, the service you get after launch is the same.

### Who It's Not For

This service only covers sites we built. If your website was put together by another agency, a freelancer, or yourself, we can still help with ongoing hosting and technical support. Have a look at our [WordPress Support & Hosting](/services/web-design/wordpress-support/) or [Managed Web Hosting](/services/web-design/managed-hosting/) pages, which are both built for externally-built sites.
