Our Expertise

Content That Actually Gets Written

Most businesses know they should be publishing blog content. Very few actually do it consistently. Someone gets assigned to write a post, it sits on their to-do list for three weeks, and then it quietly gets forgotten. We write blog content for businesses that want the SEO and marketing benefits of regular publishing but don't have the time, the writers, or the inclination to do it themselves. For some clients we handle everything from topic research to the finished article. For others, particularly case studies and project write-ups, we work from their notes and turn bullet points into something worth reading.

Why Choose Us

Why Choose
Brink?

We Write Both Ways

Some clients want us to come up with topics, research them, and deliver finished articles. Others know exactly what they want to say but don't have time to write it up properly. We work both ways. The full-service approach is common for ongoing SEO content. The outline-based approach is most common for case studies, where a client sends us a project brief or a list of bullet points and we turn it into a polished write-up for their website.

Written for Search and for Readers

A blog post that ranks but reads like it was written by a keyword-stuffing machine is a waste. So is a beautifully written article that nobody finds. We write for both. Every article targets specific search terms your potential customers are using, but the writing itself has to be worth reading once someone clicks through. We check search intent, look at what's already ranking, and write something that actually answers the question better.

We Know Your Business Over Time

The first article takes the longest because we're learning your industry, your tone, and what your customers care about. By the third or fourth, we know your business well enough to write with confidence. Long-term clients get better content because we understand their market, their competitors, and what's worked in the past. That context makes a real difference compared to hiring a different freelancer every month.

What's Included

Key features and benefits of our blog writing service.

Full-Service Blog Writing

Topic research, writing, editing, and publishing. You approve the topics and the finished articles. Everything else is handled by us, from keyword research to formatting.

Case Study Writing

Send us a project outline, a few bullet points, or even just a conversation about what you did. We write it up as a proper case study with context, process, and results that you can publish on your site.

SEO Content Strategy

Blog content planned around search terms your customers are using. We identify topics with realistic ranking potential and build a publishing schedule that targets them systematically.

Content Calendar

A planned schedule of topics and publishing dates so content production doesn't stall. Monthly or quarterly planning depending on your publishing frequency.

Our Process

A proven workflow that delivers predictable results.

01

Topic Planning

We research keyword opportunities in your industry and identify topics that your potential customers are searching for. We look at what competitors are publishing and where there are gaps. You approve the topics before we start writing.

02

Research & Writing

We research the topic, structure the article, and write it. For outline-based work, you send us your notes, bullet points, or project details and we do the writing. Every article includes headers, internal links, and a meta description.

03

Review & Revisions

You see the finished article before it goes live. If the tone is off, something needs adding, or you want a section reworked, we revise it. Most articles need minor tweaks at most once we've been writing for you for a while.

04

Publishing & Optimisation

We publish the article to your website with proper formatting, optimised images, internal links, and schema markup. If you're on one of our SEO plans, the blog content feeds directly into your broader search strategy.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about our blog writing services.

Do you write content from scratch or from our notes?
Both. For ongoing blog content, we typically handle everything: topic research, writing, editing, and publishing. For case studies and project write-ups, most clients send us bullet points, a project brief, or just talk us through what happened, and we write it up. The case study approach is popular because the client has the knowledge but not the time to turn it into a proper article.
How many posts per month do we need?
For SEO purposes, consistency matters more than volume. Two well-researched articles per month will do more for your rankings than eight rushed ones. We recommend starting with 2-4 posts per month and adjusting based on results. Some clients publish weekly, others publish twice a month. We'll recommend a pace that fits your budget and goals.
Can you write for industries you don't know much about?
Yes, and we do regularly. The first few articles involve more research, but we get up to speed quickly. For highly technical content, we work from your input. You don't need to write anything polished. Bullet points, voice notes, or a quick call where you explain the topic is enough for us to produce a well-written article.
How long are the articles?
It depends on the topic and the competition. Most articles are 1,000-2,000 words. Some topics need more depth to rank, particularly if the top results are comprehensive guides. We match the length to what the topic requires rather than hitting an arbitrary word count.
Do you publish the articles or just send them to us?
We can do either. Most clients prefer us to publish directly to their website since we handle the formatting, images, internal links, and meta descriptions at the same time. If you'd rather review and publish yourself, we send the finished article in a format ready to paste in.
What if we already have blog posts that aren't performing?
We can audit and update existing content too. Often an older article just needs better structure, updated information, and stronger keyword targeting to start ranking. Refreshing existing content is sometimes more effective than writing something new, and it's quicker.
