## The challenge

Twist and Flip is a Grimsby-based gymnastics business that runs classes, manages an online shop, and offers various other services. But the way they presented all this online was getting complicated.

They needed help figuring out how to categorise their products and services so customers wouldn't get lost. Beyond the website, the business was also struggling with day-to-day admin. Staff were stuck doing repetitive tasks manually because they lacked the proper tools for sales, marketing, and general business automation.

## Our approach

Before we wrote any code, we sat down with the team to untangle their product offering. We helped them rethink how they categorise their services so the structure actually makes sense to parents and customers.
