The challenge

Twist and Flip is a Grimsby-based gymnastics business that runs classes, manages an online shop, and offers various other services. But the way they presented all this online was getting complicated.

They needed help figuring out how to categorise their products and services so customers wouldn’t get lost. Beyond the website, the business was also struggling with day-to-day admin. Staff were stuck doing repetitive tasks manually because they lacked the proper tools for sales, marketing, and general business automation.

Our approach

Before we wrote any code, we sat down with the team to untangle their product offering. We helped them rethink how they categorise their services so the structure actually makes sense to parents and customers.

Once the structure was clear, we handled the creative side. We didn’t want to rely on generic stock photos that look nothing like a real gymnastics class. Instead, we provided professional photography and video production to capture the actual energy of their classes.

For the website itself, we designed and built a full e-commerce website that houses their class bookings, online shop, and service pages all in one place. As a web design project in Grimsby, it was important the site reflected the local community the business serves.

On top of the public-facing site, we built them a customised CRM tailored to how their team actually works. We looked at the repetitive tasks that were eating up their staff’s time and introduced workflow automation to handle them. The new system manages their sales pipeline, marketing efforts, and core business processes, giving the team their evenings back.
