## The challenge

Benjamin Edwards had reached a tipping point. They built their original site on Wix to get the business off the ground, but as the agency grew, the platform couldn't keep up. 

Recruitment runs on job listings and candidate pools. Managing a handful of roles on a basic website builder is fine, but as their volume increased, the team found themselves bogged down in manual admin. They needed a platform built for their actual workflow, one that could handle more data without creating more work.

## Our approach

We moved them away from Wix and built a custom [WordPress website](/services/web-design/wordpress-support/). Rather than using an off-the-shelf theme, we designed the site around their actual brand to ensure they looked professional in a crowded market.

The most important work happened in the backend. We built a system to handle their two main streams: jobs and candidates. Now, when a role goes live or a candidate applies, the data moves between the website and their internal systems automatically. Nobody has to type anything twice.
